In support of the Chief of Staff and Secretary of the Air Force, General Miller leads the development and integration of the Air Force's long-range plans and the five-year, $635 billion U.S. Air Force Future Years Defense Program to ensure Air Force ability to build and employ effective air, space and cyber forces to achieve national defense objectives.
